“Prospect Beach House sits on a historic corner directly across from the beach in the West Shore district of West Haven. Named after an old-time 1920s neighborhood inn and eatery from the famed Savin Rock Amusement Park days, PBH was completely gutted out and renovated in 2018 in a coastal farmhouse theme, paying homage to our beautiful shorefront as well as the extensive history of the Prospect Beach neighborhood.”

was first renovated back in 2018. They served sandwiches, wraps, paninis, soups, and salads. Gourmet sandwiches were the highlight of the menu.

Prospect Beach House

The place became a neighborhood favorite, visitors singing praises for its products and service. It became a go-to place for the people at Prospect Beach to enjoy good food while enjoying the view

Reopened 7 years later,

Prospect Beach House had a grand reopening on July 24, 2025, marking the continued effort and dedication to serve the community with their updated menu items.
